Service Overview
Your University of Central Oklahoma username and password provides you access to multiple UCO systems and services. UCO passwords expire after 90 days and must be reset before or after the expiration date to gain access to UCO services. You can reset your password by going to uco.edu/reset and triggering a password change. You must have access to your alternate email address.

Features
UCO passwords are required to be reset every 90 days. This is to secure and protect the university's data as well as your personal information.

Getting Started
All members of the UCO community are provided a username as set a personalized password. If you need to reset your password you must have access to the alternate email address that is associated with your UCO account.
Reset Your Password
Alternate Emails
Alternate emails may be changed in UCONNECT on the Personal Information tab. In the lefthand side of the page, click the link to “My Central Alert”, this will show the Client’s My Central Alert information, as well as the alternate email. Click Edit next to the alternate email, and put in your alternate email twice to confirm the change.
If you do not have access to your alternate email:
- Call the UCO Service Desk at (405) 974-2255 or
- Bring a valid photo ID and visit the UCO Service Desk or
- Email Onestop@uco.edu with:
- Signature
- Photo ID
- Former email address
- New email address
